Congratulations to student scholar Caitlyn Ciaravino and mentor Andrew Dumas from Gilboa-Conesville Central School. For over 20 years, the Scholar Recognition Program has celebrated the achievements of top students and the mentors who inspire them. They will be honored in a ceremony at SUNY Oneonta on May 12.
