On Wednesday afternoon, the GCR modified boys played their last game of the season at home with a tough loss against South Kortright ending with a score of 2-1. After Kaleb Vamosy (Roxbury) scored the first goal of the game during the first half, SK scored twice in the 3rd to take the lead of the game. The GCR boys pushed hard to make their comeback in the 4th quarter but couldn’t quite make it to the back of the net. Despite the loss, the boys have shown incredible growth throughout the season. Their teamwork and overall cohesiveness has improved tremendously, and their determination was on full display throughout tonight's game. It was a great effort from the whole team.
Congratulations to the modified boys on a hard fought season!
