Community Eligibility Provision continues for all students this year!
We are pleased to inform you Gilboa-Conesville CSD continues to offer the meal certification option available to schools participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs for the 2023-2024 school year. This program guarantees our students this option for the next two years.
What does this mean for your child(ren) attending school?
All students enrolled at Gilboa-Conesville CSD are eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at school at no charge to your household each day of the 2023-2024 school year. Your child(ren) will be able to obtain a free breakfast and/or lunch which contains each of the required elements for a nutritious meal. Of course, students will still be able to purchase ala carte items, ice cream, or extra meals.
Your child(ren) will be able to participate in these meal programs without having to pay a fee or submit an income verification application. However, since a part of our school district’s funding and continued eligibility in the CEP Program is linked to household data, we are requesting all families complete the CEP Household Income Eligibility Form. The attached form should be completed in full and returned to the Business Office at school at your earliest convenience.
If you have any further questions, please contact the Business Office at (607) 588-7541. Thank you for your assistance in gathering this information.
CEP Household Income Form - (Completed forms should be returned to the GCCS Business Office)
