🐾💜💛 Wildcats Shine at Our First Assemblies of 2026–27! 💛💜🐾

On September 25th, our faculty and students came together for our first Wildcat Pride (grades 6-12) and Wildcat Wonders (grades PreK-5) assemblies of the school year.  Our Character Trait focus for September was RESPECT!

🎉 Wildcat Pride – Club Spotlights
Students learned about the clubs they can be part of this year:
🎨 Art Club – Explores creativity beyond the classroom through hands-on projects, new techniques, and opportunities to display work around the school and community.
🖌️ Mural Club – Designs and paints murals that brighten our halls and show off Wildcat spirit, leaving a lasting mark on GCCS.
🏠 FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) – Builds leadership, life, and career skills through community service projects and regional and state competitions.
🚦 SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) – Empowers students to lead peer-to-peer efforts that promote safe, healthy choices and positive decision-making.
🗳️ Student Council – Gives students a voice in school decisions and plans spirit events, fundraisers, and activities that bring our Wildcat family together.
